What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Manage the technical and operational aspects of electronic clinical outcomes assessments (eCOA) and digital enablement projects
- Serve as a liaison between the client and the employer to facilitate the flow of information and provide project updates
- Coordinate activities of various functional departments and external vendors involved in the project
- Develop project plans and software requirements documents
- Manage financial and contractual aspects of the study, including subcontracting and budget alignment

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
- 8+ years of previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of clinical outcomes assessments (COAs) and eCOA implementation process
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong financial acumen
