- Lead electrical design for building power, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams through design and construction phases.
- Interface with clients, architects, and contractors.
- Contribute to project proposals, schedules, and deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and support internal knowledge growth.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
- PE license preferred (Tennessee or ability to obtain); EIT or 10+ years of experience considered.
- 7–10+ years of commercial/institutional building system experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (required).
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design and project delivery for commercial and institutional building projects in the Nashville area. Ideal candidates will have a PE license or 10+ years of strong building systems experience, and must be proficient in Revit. This role will involve technical design leadership, internal MEP team coordination, and external client-facing responsibilities, with optional paths to grow into business development and firm leadership.Key Responsibilities:
