What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, employment law, counseling, social work, law, or a comparable field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation skills
- Ability to analyze trends and create solutions based on employee engagement survey results

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree or J.D.
