  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Contribute to all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including SCRUM, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall code quality and maintainability
  - Participate in code reviews and address technical debt and bugs
  - Mentor junior engineers and implement SecDevOps best practices
  - Travel minimally (1-2 times per year) to Chicago for team meetings
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
  - Minimum of six (6) years of related industry experience
  - Experience with Kafka and distributed systems
  - Proficiency in Dotnet, Microservices architecture, C#, MongoDB, and Domain Driven Design (DDD)
  - Knowledge of unit and integration testing
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in mentoring junior engineers and leading projects
  - Familiarity with agile methodologies and team collaboration tools
