Ensuring the smooth functioning and management of Office 365 services.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Office 365 issues.
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access to Office 365 services.
Developing and implementing strategies for the deployment and adoption of Office 365 services.
Advising on best practices and potential improvements to Office 365 service utilization.
Collaborating with other IT teams to align Office 365 services with broader organizational goals.
Analyzing and reporting on Office 365 service usage and performance.
Identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making related to Office 365 services.
Supporting the optimization of Office 365 services based on data-driven findings.
5+ years of prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development or streaming services industry experience a plus)
Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
Monitor and manage the health and performance of Office 365 services.
Manage all activities related to a migration of services to Office 365 and the integration of third-party applications.
Develop and maintain documentation related to Office 365 configurations, procedures, and policies.
Collaborate with IT security to ensure the security and compliance of the Office 365 environment.
Participate in the planning and implementation of Office 365 updates and changes
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
Experience working in a global company
Certifications in Office 365 or related technologies.
Experience with cloud security and compliance standards
