Job Description
- Req#: 98978
- Achieve departmental goals and objectives for Engine Machine shop.
- Work in three shifts for Production .
- Daily manpower & production planning .
- CMM report understanding & necessary correction in machines.
- Lead & Conduct CI , TPM & 5S activities on shop floor .
- Training & safety of shop floor manpower .
- Responsible for achieving departmental goals and objectives for Engine Machine shop .Having Knowledge & Skills of Manufacturing & Engine machine shop Operations.
- Must Have Experience with Cylinder block & head machining , machine programming , related tooling & Fixtures.
- Must have experience on CNC & SPM machine fixture & set up correction .
- Experience with Production Planning & Control systems.
- Supervises production employees in operations and processes requiring semiskilled to unskilled employees to ensure that the goals of the department and organization are achieved.
- Experience in use of statistical tools and techniques for quality management.
- Experience of soft skills in SAP, Advanced excel, Power BI, etc.
- Knowledge of Environment & Health Management Systems , Quality Management systems .
- 5-7 Years in machine shop.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
