What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive completion of complex data projects and deliverables using best practices in data analysis, architecture, modeling, and testing
- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise data architecture, including design principles and models for both strategic and tactical needs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data needs and map business problems to data solutions
- Develop data models and transformation logic while working with data engineers to implement data pipelines
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and 8 years of work experience
- Advanced SQL knowledge and expertise in building data warehouses
- Demonstrated oral/written communication and presentation skills for conveying complex technical information
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with big data platforms (e.g., DataBricks, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, Snowflake, Redshift)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ETL processing tools (e.g., DBT, Databricks, Python)
- Familiarity with Relational Database Management Systems (e.g., Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Willingness to take on multiple roles in different projects, such as data analyst, developer, and tester
