What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic as necessary
- Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts
- Responsible for workflow engineering, including business process flow and organizational structure
- Facilitate performance improvement projects, including data analysis and project execution
- Directly interact with end-users to understand problems and communicate solutions effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of Data Analysis & Project Management experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED); Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
- Extensive problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions to business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-4 years of Data Analysis & Project Management experience
- Demonstrated experience with computer graphics presentations, flowcharts, and organizational charts
- Advanced user knowledge of desktop publishing software applications
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
