What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide end-user support by analyzing and diagnosing system problems, identifying root causes, and resolving or escalating issues
- Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot system problems and recommend improvements for product performance
- Design, implement, and support applications while ensuring ongoing optimization and performance
- Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure compliance and optimal system functionality
- Partner with clinical staff and IT teams to evaluate and maintain systems, ensuring compatibility with Epic applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience
- Two or more Epic Certifications in areas such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, Beacon, or others
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively
- Proven ability to adapt and respond to evolving business needs and challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in health information management or related fields
- Familiarity with advanced Epic systems and applications
- Previous experience leading cross-functional application initiatives
- Knowledge of system integrations and interoperability efforts with third-party applications
- Experience in training and mentoring junior analysts
