- Req#: R-2024002816
- Define Event target Audiences, Objectives, Budgets, set up and follow-up KPI’s linked to the event (including profitability – in collaboration with Business Dev mgr)
- Ensure brand messaging and branding coherency and compliance with global Michelin Lifestyle guidelines at all type of events
- Uses financial data in making recommendations or decisions. (e.g., actual vs planned financial results to assess progress/problem areas).
- Uses financial data to build business cases and develop proposals
- Nurtures and develops new opportunities to build long-term business relationships.
- Develops event management strategies and plans for approval
- Responsible for the implementation of events according to standards and requirements
- Ensure that budgets are respected in the execution of events.
- Coordinate event execution with Partners, Licensing partners and Sponsors
- Lead event planning personnel on the team
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality/Event Management.
- Proven track record to execute events with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong leadership skills

THE OPPORTUNITY
Lead all aspects of the execution of an event strategy for Michelin Food and Travel experiences incorporating all events around the Michelin Guide, Robert Parker and Tablet North America. This includes all Michelin Guide Ceremony events, Michelin Guide events, Bespoke events for Partners and Sponsors, Participation on Food Festivals and Michelin Lifestyle assets activation at other Michelin Business line events.
This role is based at our headquarters in Greenville, SC, conveniently located within driving distance to east coast beaches, the Blue Ridge Mountains and large cities like Atlanta and Charlotte.
