What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the Chief Legal Officer’s calendar, coordinating high-level meetings and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to the Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, ESG, and Human Resources teams
- Plan and execute in-person team meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics
- Collaborate with the Office of the Corporate Secretary to prepare Board and Committee materials
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and governance matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with experience managing C-suite executives
- Expert-level competency with the Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools
- Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a legal or corporate environment
- Familiarity with ESG initiatives and corporate governance practices
- Experience in event planning and logistics coordination
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse teams
