Job Description
In this role you will become part of the Output Global Governance Team that designs Output SOPs and ensures countries Ops teams’ compliance and standardization aiming to secure right work at right place right time, executed first time right, delivering best quality and customers’ experience to our clients, trough great internal users experience. You will work on compliance measurement, scores improvement, processes improvement, automation solutions, documentation, training and support for NIQ operations worldwide.
As part of the team, you will work within a project management framework with agile methodology components delivering compliance and standardization for existing processes, tools, platform as well as stabilizing new one's post BAU handover.
This role is highly collaborative with various stakeholders across NIQ: countries Ops, Ops leadership, Product Leadership, Technology, Transformation team.
Accountabilities:
Key accountabilities (this area is not a detailed description of activities on the job):
In this job you will: - combine Nielsen process expertise and continuous improvement practices to ideate and deploy solutions that make day to day operations better trough compliance and standardization.
- support strategic project initiatives to enable successful implementation and deployment to BAU as well as stable and reliable BAU post transformation (internal users experience and external customers experience) - engage with stakeholders to prove value and provide with all needed guidelines and support
Work Experience:
- minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, 2 years in Output out of these 3, preferably SME or Senior DPS
- very good background of NIQ output area and CIP components (eClipse, NRSP or NCPS)
- project Management background is an asset
- participation in transitions is an asset
- risk management and skills in planning and forecasting are assets
- technical writing is an asset
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Extensive experience working within Output Operations, working in transition team/enablement team is an asset
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies, and cultures
-Ability to work independently, look for opportunities how goals can be achieved, driving projects and programs
- Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, flexibility
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge in flow charting/process mapping
- Medium to expert level knowledge in the use of MS Excel
- Proficient level of CIP Factory E2E knowledge
- Ability and willingness to learn and drive improvements in specific Global processes
- Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset (challenge the status quo)
- Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment
- Effective communication skills, being able to explain complex terms outside of operations - Fluency in English (written and spoken)
