- Project Management: Lead and prioritize multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborator Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external collaborators to define project requirements and objectives, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management: Allocate and lead resources effectively, including staff, contractors, and materials, to ensure project success.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
- Alignment: Ensure all projects align with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and Site policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve project delivery processes and outcomes.
- Capital Planning: Aid in developing and sustaining a multi-year capital plan for building systems, encompassing cost estimates, project dependencies, and priority assessments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $93,800.00–$140,675.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
