      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead signal integrity design, simulation, and validation activities
      - Establish performance requirements for new products
      - Conduct signal integrity simulations for high-speed standards
      - Review PCB design schematics and layouts
      - Provide actionable recommendations based on design reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in signal integrity engineering
      - Experience with interconnect design or connector/cable assembly design
      - Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of electromagnetic theory
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Six Sigma methodologies or data analytics
      - Proficiency in Altium for PCB design
      - Knowledge of test equipment such as oscilloscope and BERT
      - Design experience with high-speed servers, switches, routers, storage
      - Direct customer design and support experience
