You’ll oversee a part-time bookkeeper and billing experts, and work closely with leaders across departments to support planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

We’re a team deeply committed to expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care. As our Head of Finance, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping our operational and strategic trajectory, ensuring we grow sustainably and responsibly while advancing our mission.

Proven ability to build and manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial models

Experience in a healthcare or digital health context

Comfortable working in and improving financial systems

Ensure ongoing compliance with tax, regulatory, and audit requirements

      Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Finance

Build and maintain dynamic financial models, forecasts, and budgets

Own internal budget-to-actual reporting and partner with teams on department-level financial planning

Support capital planning, use-of-funds strategy, and investor communications as needed

Revenue Cycle Management & Cash Flow

Oversee healthcare revenue operations, including claims tracking, reconciliation, and cash collections

Collaborate with external billing and RCM vendors to ensure accurate and timely reimbursements
