This role collaborates with Retail Finance and GRS teams to support over 300 retail stores in AMR, focusing on resource optimization, productivity, and managing our largest geographic and operational expenses.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
- Analyze complex data sets to derive insights and recommendations.
- Partner with various teams, handle confidential information, and take on high-responsibility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use business acumen and analytics to identify performance improvements and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address operational challenges.
• Present complex analysis results effectively to senior leadership.
• Drive decisions impacting store performance, including forecasting, staffing, and resource allocation across 300+ stores, considering customer and employee experience, spending, and product demand. Responsibilities include store P&L reviews, outlier analysis, new store openings, and strategic support for new initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learner.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
• Proven success managing multiple projects in a results-driven setting.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Effective team player with strong partnership-building skills.
• High standards of accuracy and organization.
• Excellent communication skills, including executive presentations.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau and Datakit is a plus.

Pay & Benefits
