What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete annual and quarterly sales forecasts and present them to business leaders
- Provide analytical support to drive business decisions and identify opportunities for financial improvements
- Review monthly revenue, spending details, and headcount to identify variances and trends
- Collaborate with the Sales Compensation team to review incentive compensation payouts
- Support monthly and quarterly business review presentations and close activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, or Economics
- 5-7 years of strong analytical experience in financial planning and business analysis
- Experience working in a large global company and highly matrixed organization
- Proficient in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Strong data management skills and ability to handle large sets of data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Oracle, HFM/CMR, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare or scientific equipment industry
- Knowledge of Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies
