  We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team!

  This position supports key corporate activities and initiatives as well as bakery operations. Through rich strategic and financial analysis, best in class financial modeling, and concise communication, the ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate a broad range of skills within commercial FP&A. Understanding both accounting and IT data managemement are pertinent in this role. The position requires familiarity with a variety of Consumer-Retail industry concepts and best practices. Creativity, nimbleness, and an eagerness for continuous improvement are core competencies we are looking for!

We are targeting $80,000-$110,000 base salary with annual 10% bonus potential. This is a hybrid role and is required to work 2-3 days in office. We are located at Colorado Blvd. & I-25 in Denver.

  RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

  • Maintain and improve robust long-range planning models that capture multiple lines of business with unique growth variables.

  • Maintain and improve short and long term planning models covering multiple channels with unique KPI assumptions.

  • Assist with the creation of enterprise and executive-facing materials that help “tell the story” of financial results and strategic efforts.

  • Work cross-functionally with Support Center partners and create business recommendations utilizing data driven analysis with a focus on retail fixed costs, such as cost of goods sold and occupancy.

  • Improve the speed and accuracy of budgeting and forecasting; collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the financial planning process.

  • Bridge data and systems to create output that informs business leadership and supports improvements in reporting and processes where appropriate.

  • Conduct ad-hoc projects, reports and financial analyses as determined by senior management.

  EDUCATION – TRAINING – EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 3+ years of cumulative experience in FP&A, a plus if that experience includes a top Big-4 accounting firm

  • Understanding of all three financial statements

  • Familiarity with cloud-based planning & forecasting software

  • Advanced Excel capabilities as it relates to presenting, processing and analyzing data and excellent PowerPoint and Word capabilities

  • Experience with database reporting tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI)

  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships

  Compensation Range:

  $73,008.00 - $127,774.40 per year

  *Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
