      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform and analyze financial modeling, economic research, and trends for various financial metrics
      - Prepare reports of findings and recommendations, consolidating financial plans for management insights
      - Develop and maintain operational specifications for financial information systems
      - Provide analysis on business development and monitor performance by unit or division
      - Ensure financial reporting is accurate, consistent, and compliant across functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst, accountant, business analyst, or in a relevant field
      - OR Advanced Degree and 2+ years of experience in a similar role
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to communicate financial information clearly to diverse audiences
      - Experience in financial reporting in the medical device industry is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting within the medical device industry
      - Working knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting systems (e.g., OneStream, Workiva)
      - CPA or MBA credentials
