  Grow your career as a Sr. Financial Analyst within ALG Vacations, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role, you will serve as a partner to the Manager of B2C & Shared Services Finance. This role will assist in the forecasting and reporting responsibilities within the Shared Services entity, specifically Operating Expense analyses. This position has exposure to internal stakeholders and the work compiled directly drives decision making at the leadership level.

  A successful Sr. Financial Analyst will:

  • Responsible for Shared Services operating expense budgeting model, forecasting model, and strategic analysis support.

  • Assist in variance analysis of monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statements, and kpi consolidation

  • Responsible for assisting in analysis of P&L drivers and variance analysis.

  • Assist in monthly production of Shared Services department P&L and headcount analyses

  • Provide input in the decision-making process for business strategy and other ad-hoc projects

  • Participate in the development, management, and maintenance of the next generation reporting tools.

  • Assisting in month-end close responsibilities, including preparation of accruals
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ALG core values

  Requirements:

  • Education-Undergraduate degree in finance/accounting
  • MBA is a plus
  • 3-6 years of FP&A experience
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel, ability to create macros is a plus
