      About The Job - Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

      • Serve as the FP&A lead for all Global G&A functions by overseeing our month-end results, annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process to ensure timelines are achieved and results are consolidated, validated, presented and understood by senior business & finance leadership.
      • Support the ongoing business demands of the IT, HR, Legal, and Finance organizations, in close collaboration with the business leaders of these functions.
      • Lead and/or support process improvement initiatives in reporting, forecasting and/or financial analysis.
      • Operate as a strong team player with the ability and enthusiasm to manage and coach finance colleagues.
      • Work with Senior VP-level executives to ensure that we hit our expense targets and participate in cross-divisional business reviews to help ensure functional plans and budgets align with business strategies.

      About You

      Minimum Qualifications

      • 6 plus years related work experience, ideally in a combination of public accounting and corporate finance roles
      • Experience managing and coaching more junior team members
      • Natural Curiosity, including a willingness to learn/understand various aspects of the Bose business, and how Bose G&A functions support other functions within the company
      • Bachelors degree in business, economics, or another relevant field

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Advanced degree with concentration in accounting, finance, or economics.
      • Experience creating financial dashboards and reports with data visualization software, such as Microsoft PowerBI
      • Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
