- Analyze and comprehend state and regulatory requirements, in correspondence with the Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance
- Identify and understand the operational processes that will be impacted by a regulation, to ensure the necessary changes are incorporated
- Manage the progress of project tasks and action items assigned to the Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance
- Will serve as the lead for projects and be responsible for training the FLOD Analyst I and FLOD Analyst II
- Monitors accuracy of all test scores monthly and partners with the FLOD analysts to ensure required test updates are completed timely.
- Review of monthly report outs for each line of business on the monthly results.
- Supports FLOD management by performing a preliminary review of all test score updates on a monthly basis and provides recommendations as required.
- The facilitation of testing may include but not limited to partnering with reporting team, research of data points and processes, building out new testing, updates to existing tests, proactive test reviews, test validation, etc.
- The FloD Analyst Sr will be supporting FloD analyst I and II including the tracking updates on all new testing requests.
- Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred and typically requires a minimum of 5+ years w in Mortgage Servicing. High School diploma or state approved equivalency required.

- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced computer and software skills necessary for job function; ability to manipulate data to create specific reports if needed. 2-5 years related analyst experience using SQL, spreadsheets and/or databases to report on and analyze data, document processes and work on business projects.

JOB SUMMARY
The FLOD Analyst SR will act as a subject matter expert to the First Line of Defense team and will be responsible for but not limited to partnering with the Lines of Business, Change of Law, Issues Management and Servicing Reporting teams to determine impact and facilitate testing changes related to new and updated Federal law, State law, and Agency/Investor regulations.
Scope/Responsibilities: Proficiency in basic skills and functions of career path; ability to work on broader scope of work assignments ranging in difficulty. Ability to work with department deadlines. Establishes effective professional rapport with both internal & external customers; ability to deal with complaints and conflict resolutions in a professional and decisive manner. Effectively manages time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals.
