      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
      - Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of specialized healthcare roles
      - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance
      - Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and healthcare regulations
      - Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
      - Proven success in high-volume recruiting and specialized hospital roles
      - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
      - Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
