      We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist for our Nutek Disposables Company located in McElhattan, PA. This position will manage a broad range of human resource functions and will play a key role in supporting the company's overall goals by handling employee relations, benefit administration, recruitment, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

      Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

      • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
      • Partner with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy and determine compensation proposals.
      • Manage recruitment efforts for all team members including posting, sourcing, screening, reviewing applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements, and participating in the interview and decision-making process.
      • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and provide reports with trends and recommendations for continuous improvement and retention efforts.
      • Oversee, coordinate, and manager team member separations and applicable offboarding activities.
      • Respond to and provide guidance to management and team members on employee-related issues, complaints, or problems.
      • Counsel, coach and assist management in handling and addressing employee relation issues.
      • Support company-wide compensation program; evaluate new positions and revised positions, provide advice to managers/supervisors on pay decisions, as well as policy and guideline interpretation/training.
      • Provide assistance with the implementation and administration of the performance evaluation program.
      • Lead benefits processes, including communicating benefit information to team members, assisting with open enrollment, health fairs and overall education sessions for team members.
      • Support the development, design, management, implementation and administration of consistent and compatible policies and practices throughout the organization.
      • Analyze and evaluate policies, procedures and programs to identify successes and deficiencies and recommend changes.
      • Identify legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensure policies and procedures are in compliance.
      • Lead initiative to enhance team member engagement, recognition and retention. Assist with the development and implementation of organizational wide training.
      • Identify training and development needs, create programs to enhance skills and career growth, support leadership development.
      • Facilitate and/or provide training of personnel policies and procedures.

      Education and experience requirements:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
      • 5 years of successful performance as a Generalist and/or other HR related role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
      • Experience in a lean manufacturing environment preferred. High Performance Work Teams desired but not required.
      • PHR preferred.
      • Solid knowledge and understanding of state and federal employment laws, strong analytical ability, demonstrated perseverance, ability to maintain confidential information, and excellent time management skills.
      • Strong understanding of various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, etc.
      • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough investigations and resolve employee relations matters with fairness and urgency.
      • Requires excellent verbal, written and relationship management skills.
      • Must demonstrate diplomacy and tact while interacting with all levels within and outside of the organization.
      • Must be able to perform job duties independently, exercising good judgment and professionalism.
      • Requires constant discretion and judgment.
      • Ability to work independently, without direct supervision, maintain confidentiality, and take initiative is a must.
