      Job Description

      Main Objetive:

      As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing HR programs, processes, and policies that align with the Business Unit strategy. This includes six core HR areas: Workforce Planning, Staffing, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, and supporting processes such as Equal Opportunity, Diversity, Associate and Labor Relations.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance employee performance, retention, and engagement.

      • Understand business objectives and propose innovative strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.

      • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving transformation efforts aligned with company goals.

      • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.

      Specific Focus Areas:

      • Planning: Lead workforce and succession planning efforts to ensure organizational readiness.

      • Labor Relations: Advise leadership on labor matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.

      • Organizational Development: Design and implement organizational structures and processes that respond to business needs and promote a positive company culture.

      • Compensation and Rewards: Ensure compliance with internal and external compensation and benefits regulations.

      Qualifications

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Psychology, Labor Relations or related
      • 3 to 5 years of proven experience on Manufacturing Environment
      • Expertise on staffing, organizational, associate and leadership development, labor relations and rewarding.
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
      • Advanced experience in high sense of urgency and customer service, negotiation skills, strategic thinking and business vision.
      • English Proficiency is mandatory
