What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage work standards, identify cost savings, and drive operational improvements
- Act as a liaison with other segments of Business Enablement to improve operational coordination
- Collaborate with other teams to deploy enterprise productivity tools
- Develop innovative solutions using industrial engineering fundamentals
- Assist leadership team in establishing project strategies and developing project plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience applying industrial engineering fundamentals
- 1+ years of experience using time and motion studies
- 1+ years of experience applying statistical methods
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Power BI and / or SQL
- Experience with capacity planning
- Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects
- Experience with data mining methods and optimization techniques
- Experience applying industrial engineering fundamentals in a service industry
