  Job Summary
  We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace Datadog and SolarWinds Log & Event Manager. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and high performance.
  
  
  Responsibilities
  Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance using Dynatrace Datadog and SolarWinds Log & Event Manager.
  Develop and implement strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  Provide real-time monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system uptime.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
  Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.
  Design and maintain dashboards for performance monitoring and reporting.
  Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in infrastructure management.
  Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
  Participate in capacity planning and scaling activities.
  Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
  Document infrastructure configurations and changes accurately.
  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and practices.
  
  
  Qualifications
  Possess a strong understanding of Dynatrace Datadog and SolarWinds Log & Event Manager.
  Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure development and monitoring.
  Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  Show proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
  Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  Have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
  Be familiar with security best practices in infrastructure management.
  Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  Have experience in creating and maintaining performance monitoring dashboards.
  Be capable of conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
