  Deltek’s Cloud Training team is looking for a Senior Training Specialist/Instructional Designer who will help in creating a culture of learning through a Center of Excellence. This role aims to provide content development, organization, and facilitation for new hire onboarding and support for Cloud training sessions.
  
  Duties/Responsibilities:
  The

  • Cloud Onboarding Training Program owner is responsible for administering, tracking, facilitating, evaluating, and improving the onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and the Global Learning Team in developing content and providing learning administration support for various training programs under the Center of Excellence. This includes creating learning materials and setting up courses via Deltek’s LMS and LinkedIn Learning along with training delivery.
  • Open to learning new technologies and developing technology-based learning programs for systems and/or soft skills for in-person or virtual delivery through instructor-led, web-based, and blended learning solutions.
  • Manage external learning licenses and create learning paths from vendor-led training sessions.
  • Help foster organizational development by providing support to Cloud transformation programs including promotions for learning activities, ad hoc support for business operations needs, and cultivating team engagement through channels such as MS Teams or SharePoint.

  
  Additional Requirements:

  • Experience working with content design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, Articulate 360, or Rise. The ability to work with SharePoint is an advantage.
  • Ability to provide a portfolio with e-learning or digital training samples to demonstrate delivery and design skills is a plus.

  
  Work Schedule

  • Mid-shift schedule (2 PM to 11 PM India Standard Time)

  Qualifications

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
  • Minimum 5 or more years of experience in a field related to education, information technology, business, design, and/or communications.
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exposure to course facilitation and content development is beneficial.

    • In a virtual setting
    • In a global setting
