What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules to execute contractual scope and program strategy
- Provide time-phased critical path predictive analysis and planning data
- Track, monitor, and status all commitments
- Interface with program management, senior management, and customers as the planning integrator

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive Program Performance Management knowledge and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation
- Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project and Open Plan
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Extensive knowledge of developing and maintaining Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry
- Experience with EVMS, risk management, and opportunity management
