      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the end-to-end process of designing, developing, and deploying complex business process automations
      - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, emphasizing best practices and development techniques
      - Actively engage in process improvement and innovation, gathering ideas from team members and stakeholders
      - Identify and communicate risks associated with automation candidates and resolve automation software issues
      - Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in the Intelligent Automation space

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of hands-on experience using Blue Prism RPA software
      - Motivated and adaptable, with a can-do attitude
      - Ability to support, coach, and lead junior developers
      - Experience coordinating and leading multiple development and testing teams
      - Familiarity with SDLC processes and change control disciplines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in Blue Prism
      - Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and related components
      - Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and other AI/ML tools
      - Familiarity with insurance domain processes
