What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, evaluate, and redesign business, IT, or operational processes using scientific approaches
- Independently participate in requirements documentation and business systems configuration
- Collaborate with development and business teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop, deploy, and execute test strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Track multiple test executions and synthesize results while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in developing requirements and executing test cases in IT
- Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or a combination of education and work experience
- Proficiency in QA methodology and problem-solving techniques/tools
- Experience with analytical programming languages such as SQL
- Strong written and oral communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Edifecs platform and extensive knowledge of Healthcare x12 EDI
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process flow diagrams
- Demonstrated software testing experience and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Passion for quality and enthusiasm for new technology offered to customers
