Job Description
- Req#: 13679
- Identify, document & analyze current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) administrative or operational business processes for streamlining or other improvement
- Support business process re-engineering initiatives to improve WSSC Water efficiencies
- Lead the elicitation and documentation of business, functional, data, and non-functional requirements(which may ultimately be addressed via technological solutions)
- Support the IT Technology Working Group and IT Partner initiatives
This is a non-merit system, employment-at-will, long-term contract position.
This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and must work onsite at least 3 days per week.
The Sr. IT Business Analyst serves as an expert liaison between IT and one or more assigned lines-of-business (LOB) to effectively:The role is also responsible for the development of use cases, requirements traceability matrices, gap analyses, documentation archival in WSSC Water’s business analysis repository.About the company
