      Facilitate and gather business/functional requirements and support systems, services, and applications that help drive business decisions and outcomes within the organization.

      Job Description

      Responsibilities

      • Act as the liaison between IT capabilities and business objectives to facilitate, manage, and prioritize improvements through process or system solutions to increase overall quality and meet business partner demands.

      • Conduct in-depth analysis to interpret and recommend best solutions to align IT and business initiatives.

      • Review and revise ‘as is' documentation and logic to reflect applicable changes.

      • Prepare future documentation including but not limited to Model workflows, document business rules, wireframes, and other visual documentation.

      • Facilitate and elicit requirements; may include the development of use cases to explain/demonstrate the business requirements/specifications

      • Collaborate with various areas (e.g. Operations, Finance, IT, management, etc.) to determine solutions and capture system impacts.

      • Adhere to documented SDLC practices for project and support work using Agile or Waterfall methodology.

      • Serve as the contact/subject matter expert for at least one area/application

      • May create and approve test cases; participate in testing at various states of SDLC

      • May participate in, or facilitate, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and assist in backlog grooming. May support or act as Scrum Master.

      • Conduct peer reviews which may include requirements, user stories, test plans, etc.

      • Understand what the team needs and offer suggestions above and beyond expectations, which could encompass front end and the support of back end capabilities

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in an IT or business discipline, or equivalent education/experience

      • Five years of experience in business systems analysis.

      • Excellent written/oral communication and business partnering skills

      • Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve and explain complex issues to business partners

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment

      • Results oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within deadlines

      • Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Financial services industry experience

      • Hands on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud is strongly preferred

      • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Business Analyst certification or Salesforce Administrator certification) are strongly preferred

      • Hand on experience with Salesforce declarative features

      • Excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile

      • Hands on experience translating business requirements into user stories with well documented acceptance criteria

      • Knowledge of JIRA

      • Experience with Quality Assurance/Testing activities

      Compensation

      • The US salary for this position generally ranges between $100,000 - $125,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

      • Additionally in the US, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
