What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams both onsite and offshore
- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, recommending improvements to processes
- Propose solutions for migration and future features/applications
- Develop solutions following best practices and mentor peer developers
- Prepare technical architecture and solution design documents for various initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience with Java Microservices, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
- 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS services
- 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM BPM technologies, or knowledge of IBM BPM if no direct experience
- Experience with forms development in CCM skillsets such as Documaker/Inspire/SMARTCOM is preferred
