This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus at least three days a week. The Department designates the specific three days of the week Employees must work on-site.
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required , and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
Applies knowledge and Customer needs analysis to create the proper solution to meet the need
Analyze and mitigate risk related to tools and projects
Applies advanced knowledge of data cleansing techniques and tools such as Alteryx, data visualization tools such as Tableau and other data analytics tools, to create insights to support data and visualization requests
Applies advanced knowledge of SQL, Python or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting training data
Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for Business Customers
Gather and interpret requirements to transform business needs into actionable data and present findings
Partner with Senior Leaders to create learning insights and measurements to transform business needs into actionable data presentation requirements
Identifies strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Understands and can estimate the effort and value of a solution
Works with the Business Intelligence Analyst to solve problems and share knowledge of tools and techniques
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Ability to use advanced applications to quickly recognize and clearly define complex problems to systematically analyze and weigh alternatives to propose solutions.
Ability to work under stressful situations and manage time effectively
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet department objectives and goals
Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimum amount of supervision to accomplish assignments and projects
Understanding of Company policies (ex: Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture
Ability to work effectively individually or in a strong Customer Service and/or team environment
Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required
Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful situations
Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations
Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate strategies and ideas to a variety of audiences
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Advanced level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
Acquiring data using various tools such as: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other similar toolsets.
Visualization and presentation experience
Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
Preferred: Working knowledge of Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)

Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Senior Ana lyst is a self-starter who is data-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment to transform business needs into actionable data.

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $97,750 per year to $108,600 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.Benefits you’ll love:
