      Title: Sr. Lease Administrator

      Summary: As part of the Corporate Office Services team, this role will be responsible for accurately administering lease documents for all LJA offices in ProLease software platform.

      General Responsibilities:

      • Enter and maintain leases in ProLease software, including all critical dates, lease options, rent and operating expense schedules.
      • Track critical lease-related dates for renewals, expirations, rent reviews, options and other exclusive clauses.
      • Produce, review and/or enter lease abstracts as new leases are signed or amended.
      • Prepare and track billbacks to landlords.
      • Assist with review of lease leases.
      • Serve as primary coordinator to ensure leases are progressing between Real Estate department, legal, brokers and landlord representatives.
      • Coordinate broker meetings and assist with real estate survey requests and reviews.
      • Build and run reports as directed.
      • Review all data, rent schedules, and square footage for accuracy.
      • Assist with review and audit of CAM reconciliation annually and track to critical dates.
      • Calculate monthly rent/operating expense and process rent payment report as needed.
      • Contribute to team effort by providing information and helping others as needed.
      • Handle account corrections with Accounts Payable.

      Required Education:

      High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in real estate or accounting, preferred.

      Required Experience:

      • Minimum of 5 years previous experience with commercial leases and lease accounting.
      • Knowledge of commercial real estate legal concepts and contracts.
      • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
      • Excellent spelling and grammar, organized, able to set priorities and meet deadlines, able to multi-task.
      • Carefully proofs own work.
      • Teachable and willing to learn new systems and processes in an organization that is growing and changing.
      • Detailed oriented and organized with effective communication skills and ability to take initiative within a dynamic department.
      • Ability to conduct research and problem solve.
      • Proven ability to meet demanding deadlines and multitask.

      Physical Requirements:

      • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others and exchange accurate information; operate a computer and other office productivity machinery; move about the workplace; remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
