Our Team:
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented and dedicated localization professional searching for a new role as part of a multilingual in-house
team?
As part of our Localisation Team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of internal accounts, managing all aspects and stages of localisation projects, as well as developing the internal accounts and building strong relationships with your stakeholders. Located in Europe as part of Vista’s Remote-First team, you will be part of a multicultural team of localization experts contributing to high-standard localisation services.

— Manage localisation projects, such as translation requests and QA. Receive and deliver assignments, plan workload, negotiate deadlines, and assign work to internal and external teams.
— Communicate project requirements to translators, proactively keep clients up-to-date on project progress and notify them about potential risks or delays.
— Identify and resolve issues and questions in a timely and effective manner for clients and translators.
— Build, grow and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as their primary day-to-day contact, setting and managing expectations and acting as a strategic partner.
— Proactively educate stakeholders, translators and vendors on processes and best practices, and maintain documentation and guides.
— Optimise all stages of translation projects, proactively identifying areas of improvements, streamlining projects and improving
workflows.Your qualifications:

— 2+ years relevant work experience in localization project management; experience in Marketing translation is a plus.
— You are fluent in English (both written and verbal); having a native level of a European language is a plus.
— BA or equivalent degree in Translation/Localisation and a sound understanding of localisation processes and workflows.— Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in working with CAT tools and Translation Management Systems; hand-on experience with Phrase (previously known as Memsource) is a plus.
— Able to work autonomously, in a team and at a cross-functional level.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in a remote-first environment, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
— Highly proactive and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
— Organised, with strong time management skills and able to independently handle a variety of projects at the same time and work well under pressure.
