What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of transportation, retail supply chain, or operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive results with 3rd party logistics partners
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Transportation management or sourcing experience valuable, not required
