What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive adoption of storage management solutions at customer sites
- Provide on-site and remote assistance for assigned products, representing development as needed
- Conduct technical updates, proof of concept (PoCs), and proof of value (PoVs) for clients
- Assist in conversions from competing solutions to the employer's software solutions
- Gather and provide feedback on customer requirements for future product updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in IT
- Extensive experience with z/OS mainframe storage management
- Proficient in SMPE installation of z/OS products and use of MVS Commands and Utilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver technical presentations
- Ability to foster relationships and provide knowledge transfer to clients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Broadcom Storage Management Solutions such as Vantage, Disk, CA1, or similar software
- Knowledge of S3 cloud storage and cyber vault technologies
- Experience with ACF2, Top Secret, and RACF security tools
- Proven ability to listen to client requirements and translate them into actionable objectives
- Previous experience in technical consulting or customer-facing roles
