What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce or contribute to directives, presentations, reports, publications, and point papers
- Provide executive administrative support, including planning and documenting conferences and meetings
- Coordinate meetings, keep them on track, and record minutes and action items
- Operate within Microsoft Office Suite and other systems for daily tasks
- Support senior leadership with ad hoc projects and research

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 3+ years of experience in analysis, editing, and writing
- Must be a US citizen
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a highly motivated self-starter
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Active or recently inactive (within the last 24 months) DoD Secret Security Clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Navy, including aviation programs and protocol of high-ranking military officers
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Word and PowerPoint
