      POSITION SUMMARY:

      Experienced Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead the data analytics and warehousing teams, providing thought leadership, mentorship, and fostering a data-driven culture within the company.

      ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS; but not limited to:
      • Data & Analytics Strategy: Lead and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives innovation.
      • rchitecture & Engineering: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data architecture and engineering solutions to optimize data utilization.
      • Reporting & Analytics Development: Spearhead the creation of advanced reports and analytics to support and develop data monetization initiatives.
      • Complex Data Integrations: Manage complex integrations across diverse systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
      • Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data consistency, security, and quality.
      • Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with external and internal customers to understand data needs and deliver user-friendly analytics solutions while empowering non-technical users.
      • Technical Debt Management: Identify and eliminate technical debt to improve system efficiency and performance.
      • Master Data Management: Drive consistency and reliability of data across the organization through master data management.
      • Team Leadership & Development: Grow and develop a high-performing data and analytics team, ensuring ongoing professional growth and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
      • Leadership and Strategic Influence: Collaborate with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions with data-driven insights and ensure alignment with business goals; Influence non-technical stakeholders across the organization by communicating complex data concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
      QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

      The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
      • Technical Skills: Expertise in data architecture, engineering, governance, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
      • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, grow teams, and manage complex projects while collaborating across departments.
      • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Exemplifies professionalism in all aspects of day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
      • Self-aware and open to learning about personal effectiveness in the workplace.
      • Exhibits a positive attitude toward the vision, policies, and goals of Gatekeeper Systems.
      • Constantly strives to improve performance and effectiveness of the team and the company.
      EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
      • 15+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a proven track record of building and leading analytics functions.
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
      • Master's degree preferred.
