- Manages team of Business Systems Analysts. Evaluates team member competencies and invests in staff development. Drives corrective behavior while maintaining self-esteem. Utilizes Team Development and motivational techniques to constantly raise the bar in performance and quality. Ability to see, account for, and coach others in the “big picture” and to be able to tie initiatives to Corporate and Individual Goals. Ability to recruit high-performing business systems analysts.
- Has understanding on how projects align to broader organizational goals and business benefit. Can explain business benefit of projects and contributes to business case/feasibility development.
- Maneuvers and mentors business systems analysts through complex political situations effectively and quietly. Invests in stakeholder management and possesses ability to gain stakeholder trust. Brokers consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs.
- Actively seeks out industry and business information. Understands how policies, systems and processes impact job performance and projects. Fosters business knowledge and understanding among business systems analysts and project stakeholders.
- Provides structure, feedback, and direction. Creates clear and measurable goals. Holds self and team accountable. Mentors and contributes to organizations body of knowledge on business systems, requirements package, and quality programs.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
- 7-10 years Business systems analysis related experience.
- 2-4 years Leadership experience.
- Experience in telecommunications industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience required.

This position is responsible the prioritization and progressive elaboration of stakeholder requirements in order to enable team to implement a solution that will meet the needs of the sponsoring organization and stakeholders. This position creates and maintains staffing plans to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables, as well as, provide day-to-day guidance to staff members while acting as liaison to senior management and business stakeholders. This position interfaces with T-Mobile Directors, Vice Presidents, and functional disciplines such as Finance, IT and Business Channels.

Washington Pay Range : $163,000.00 - $220,500.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
