What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop U.S.-based payroll gross-up specialists
- Coordinate gross-ups and ensure alignment with client payroll schedules
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and training sessions
- Oversee payroll processing and proactively manage client expectations
- Provide expense-related reports to clients as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 4–6 years of equivalent experience
- 4+ years in the relocation industry, with experience in expense management and/or U.S. tax/gross-ups
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and expense/travel management
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
