      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead monthly and quarterly financial consolidation across business units, maintaining a dynamic corporate model
      - Oversee annual budgeting and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with company strategy
      - Develop Board materials, investor updates, and internal performance dashboards
      - Serve as the strategic finance partner to G&A and Technology teams, managing headcount planning and capital efficiency
      - Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering their growth within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
      - 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking
      - Experience in building, leading, or owning a corporate FP&A function in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech or banking
      - Deep understanding of balance sheet lending and consumer credit dynamics
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with financial modeling and data analysis using Excel and financial planning software
      - Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
      - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence
      - Exceptional communication skills for building trust through strategic finance partnerships
