      The Sr. Digital Product Manager will join a passionate, entrepreneurial Digital Product group that will have the opportunity to create easy-to-use experiences that delight users. We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager that can work across multiple teams and frameworks to build a best-in-class experience that creates excitement and engages users through interacting with Marvin products digitally. This role is critical in Marvin’s Digital Transformation.

      The ideal candidate will be eager to work side-by-side with stakeholders across the enterprise and embrace a human-centered approach, recognizing that iterating to solve these multi-faceted problems are essential to innovation.

      Highlights of your role

      • Contribute and execute on product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Marvin’s Customer Portal, including product visualization through order management
      • Approach UX with the design thinking methodology, working alongside UX Designers to gather insights and requirements to iterate and test prototypes before development
      • Act as a partner for CPQ products and key integrations alongside IT
      • Collaborate with User Experience partners in usability testing and the development of the user design
      • Drive the refinement process with the team to break down features into detailed user stories consumable and testable by development team
      • Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for the front-end experience of the CPQ environment, including definition of user stories and acceptance criteria
      • Serve as the “voice of the customer” for the cross-functional Agile delivery teams; represent and reinforce the customer’s perspective throughout the product lifecycle
      • View of rapidly changing digital environments including trends, systems, competition and understanding customer behaviors to identify opportunities (some of which may not exist in the industry) that enhance the customer experience and drive innovation
      • Creating policies and procedures that optimize the intake and flow of work so that UX wireframes, prototypes, and testing is done efficiently alongside development.
      • Continuously and transparently communicate, with internal stakeholders, the prioritization of the Product Backlog and the progress of development efforts via Sprint Reviews
      • Review completed work to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been met and that features and stories meet the definition of done
      • Collaborate with other Product leaders to push for best-in-class experiences
      • Data-driven approach to understanding user behavior and discovering and evaluating product opportunities

                      You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

                      • Experience building React Web Applications is preferred
                      • An understanding of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes & applications, or related product, preferred not required
                      • Salesforce integration experience preferred, not required
                      • A strong understanding of global digital and business landscape
                      • Strong passion for best-in-class UX design and consistency
                      • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
                      • Strong understanding of different development frameworks
                      • Experience building and optimizing digital products in a modern product management practice
                      • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions

                      We also want to make sure you have:

                      • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university (Information Technology, Business, or related field)
                      • 7+ plus years of related experience in managing products and practicing AGILE development
                      • Proficient knowledge of JIRA, Azure Devops, or other agile tools
