- Social Strategy: At least 7 years in a strategic role focused on digital marketing and social media within fast-paced environments. Deep knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads and emerging social platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Established background in the music, sports, or entertainment sectors, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and initiatives.
- Community Management Expertise: Exceptional skill in community management across various social media platforms. Proven ability to engage with, understand, and nurture online communities, ensuring a consistent brand voice and effective two-way communication. Experience in addressing fan concerns, moderating discussions, and using community insights to inform and refine digital strategies.
- Influencer Collaboration: Proven experience in influencer outreach, engagement, negotiation, and campaign execution.
- Team Leadership and Mentoring: Demonstrable experience in team management and talent development, with a focus on nurturing junior staff and providing clear guidance.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using social listening tools and analytics platforms to derive actionable insights. Must be capable of setting KPIs, tracking metrics, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly when it comes to troubleshooting issues affecting fans during their ticket purchasing journey through real-time solutions or long-term strategy adjustments.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including top-notch presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Must be adept at prioritizing tasks and coordinating with multiple departments.

THE TEAM
Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce, and artist management. The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives fan-centric initiatives via Content, Product Marketing, Partnerships, CRM, and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.
THE JOB

If so, Ticketmaster invites you to step into an exciting role as the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy within our North American Marketing Team. This position will put you at the forefront of digital innovation and fan engagement. Here, you'll have the dual responsibility of crafting transformative creative solutions for brand and product marketing, while also developing holistic social media strategies. Your insights will not only shape Ticketmaster's brand narrative in the U.S., but also significantly influence fan-centric communications across various platforms.
