- Leads a team of 5 direct reports through the campaign planning and operations processes
- Leveraging the integrated messaging calendar, manage the creation of assets for the email, SMS, package inserts, push notifications, and direct mail in partnership with our internal Content Hub and agency partners
- Assigns work and monitor progress for campaign operations team to ensure direct marketing campaigns are appropriately built and deployed across channels.
- Works closely with Insights and Analytics team to ensure creatives support a continuous learning agenda
- Partners with CRM team to appropriately manage audiences
- Improves processes and mechanism to ensure team time and effort is maximized on an ongoing basis.
- Oversees a calendar that harmonizes messaging across audiences and channels and leads cross functional teams to activate this calendar
- Partners with Brand Comms team to distill key brand messages and priorities along with consumer-relevant moments and themes to weekly customer-facing messages that can support delivery of both brand and business needs
- Cascades ,evolves, and maintains the calendar in partnership with channel-specific stakeholders and content creators via the internal Communications Hub
- Implements the thematic calendar to a day-to-day plan for DTC channels including email, SMS, package inserts, push notifications, and direct mail
- Plans promotions proactively to drive sales and reactively to close gaps when needed across all selling channels
- Monitors sales channel performance, in partnership with the heads of each channel to optimize as needed
- Ensures promotional messaging is in harmony with broader customer calendar
- Works with operations teams to ensure flawless execution of promotions
- Manages the Dynamic Forecast to ensure promotional and gift with purchase spend is accounted for and pre and post evals are completed

- Sets individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years’ experience in email marketing, calendar management, and/or CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Prior experience managing demand generation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Managing and guiding cross functional work groups
- Strong project & time management skills

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager DTC Marketing leads the consumer marketing calendar & oversees the promotional strategy for customers across channels to simultaneously cultivate customer relationships and secure sales. Additionally, this role will manage the direct marketing campaign planning and operations. This position will work in our corporate office located in Manhattan, NY on average 2-3 days per week, with remaining days being remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as the strategic owner of end-to-end direct customer marketing
Leads the consumer marketing calendar
Oversees the cross channel promotional strategy to secure sales

The approximate pay range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of the positing. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
