      Job Description Summary:

      You are part of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis Optimization team of 16 Company associates that deliver s the framework for the Service delivery teams and Genpact to be successful in all Financial Planning & A nalysis (FP&A) activities . The work you will do is mostly o n a project basis and will cover FP&A topics such as Unit Case Sales, Concentrate Shipments, Revenues, Deductions, Commercial Finance , DME, OPEX , COGS, Cape x , Working Capital.

      This role is about optimiz ing the FP&A processes and s et ting the framework for the FP&A service delivery teams & Genpact (Managed Service Provider) to operate within - with a clear end-to-end view . The role will be networked with the different Service Delivery teams, Genpact, the Operating Unit s, the Centre and other areas of Financial Services.

      What You’ll Do for Us

      • You will contribute to process development, simplification, standardization, and automation for end-to-end FP&A activities in order to optimize the FP&A Service delivery by the different Operating Units ( OU) & Corporate Service Delivery teams .

      • You will work closely with the FP&A process transformation Team of The Coca-Cola Company associates in strong collaboration with primarily the different OU & Corporate Service delivery teams and Genpact .

      • You will have a relentless focus on ensuring optimization of all FP&A Service delivery activities .

      Qualifications and Requirements

      • 5+ years of FP&A working experience .

      • Experience in other business functions and field operation will be a plus.

      • Experience in being part of a virtual team across the globe .

      • Ability to understand and manage risk

      • Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.

      • Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, operational excellence, systems proficiency , change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.

      Functional Skills

      • Experience in one or more domains of FP&A

      • Have a natural focus on Operational Excellence

      • Agile ways of working to solve problems

      • Be able to work autonomously whilst connecting with others.
