- Lead the development and execution of 360 marketing strategies across key brand equity, cultural, and marketing partnership initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agency partners to bring integrated campaigns to life across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Contribute to the development of compelling, insight-driven creative by partnering closely with creative, agencies, and media teams
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure clear and concise execution of marketing plans/strategies
- Be constantly ahead of the curve on culture, beauty trends, current events, evolution of marketing approaches as well as retail news, consumer behavior, and competitive activity
- Engage actively with our data, analytics and insights teams to track and monitor campaign performance, sharing key learnings and recommendations to optimize impact
- Lead the development of presentations to share progress, results, and insights with internal stakeholders
- Be a thought leader; motivate, inspire, and mentor your direct report as well as others on the marketing team
- 8+ years of brand marketing experience; in beauty or consumer products with a deep passion for the beauty industry
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Proven track record supporting and executing 360 marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Experience developing digital-first strategies and bringing insight-driven ideas to life across media and creative
- Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment
- Experience with analytics and data driven business planning. Ability to interpret data, insights, and trends to drive strategic programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience building presentations for leadership
- Experience managing agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience managing people preferred; ideal leadership style is one that will inspire, develop, and empower direct reports.
- Champion of diverse talent internally and externally. Demonstrated ability to cultivate inclusive culture and use that competency to drive your team, the business and the work forward

The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $152,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
