Job Summary
The Sr. Manager will drive day to day operations of analytics and interoperability, providing meaningful data insights to drive strategic initiatives and enabling integration in support of advancing operational efficiency and clinical excellence. This role will be pivotal in providing oversight and leading analytics and integration solutions and implementations to meet the needs of the organization.Pay Range
Minimum $170,789 Midpoint $226,283 Maximum $281,778Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience:
• Required: Minimum of five (5) years of Supervisory experience, 10+ years’ analytics experience, with some industry wide. Minimum of five (5) years of industry-wide experience in Cerner or other EHR applications platforms, ERP systems and other enterprise applications.• Preferred: Prior Healthcare experience preferred; · Prior scrum project management preferred. Detailed knowledge of Millennium database structure and healthcare data models. Experience with Cloverleaf, Mulesoft, Cerner Open Engine. Minimum of five years' experience of programming languages/reporting systems, including Cerner CCL, SQL, Java, XML, FHIR, HL7. Minimum of five years' experience of designing, developing, customizing and implementing API integrations and integration engines and workflow optimization. Minimum of five years' experience implementing and operationalizing cloud infrastructure and modern data architecture.
Education:
• Required:. Bachelor's degree. Equivalent work experience in lieu of education may be considered.
• Preferred: Master's degree or work toward Master's degree. Degree work in Information Science or related field
Specialized Skills:
• Required: Ability to manage multiple teams, projects and deliverables utilizing scrum-like project management, triage and prioritize the workload and has a thorough understanding of capacity and demand management. Ability to lead business analytics and integration teams to effectively design, develop and implement solutions that enable data driven decision making. Ability to oversee daily operational support of data analytics and integration tasks including maintenance and break-fix activities. Excellent presentation skills. Demonstrated excellence in establishing relationships, building partnerships and collaborating with Administrators, physicians, executives, and business owners. Ability to provide leadership; be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies and standard operating procedures and relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with team members. Ability to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate and accept direction. Able to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; work independently; perform basic math and statistical functions; compose written material; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail..
